2. Shipping Time
Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days, and expedited shipping takes 3–7 business days (delivery time varies by destination and logistics schedule). Remote areas may require additional 2–3 business days for delivery.
3. Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping for orders over a specified amount. For orders below the threshold, standard shipping fees will be calculated based on the order weight and shipping distance. Expedited shipping services are available at an extra cost.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a tracking link. You can check your package delivery status in real time via the official logistics website.
5. Shipping Exceptions
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure factors, including bad weather, customs inspection, logistics suspension, and other uncontrollable situations. We will actively assist customers in tracking delayed packages and solving logistics problems.
